Dubrovnik-Neretva police apprehended two Swiss citizens in whose car, during a check at the Klek border crossing with Bosnia and Herzegovina, more than two kilograms of marijuana were found, reports the Patria News Agency.
The police reported that on Sunday evening, a vehicle with Swiss national plates approached the entry border control, with a 46-year-old female and a 26-year-old male, both Swiss citizens, in the driver's and passenger's seats.
Based on an order from the Dubrovnik County Court, the police searched the vehicle and found four packages containing a total of 2.2 kilograms of marijuana under the hood. Along with criminal charges for suspected commission of the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of drugs, both were handed over to the detention supervisor, writes Index.
