At GP Maljevac: System always fails only on the Croatian side, border halt for those with BiH passports

Due to technical problems with the system in Croatia, the Velika Kladuša-Maljevac border crossing is open only to citizens of the European Union. Almost every weekend, this information is announced to the public by BIHAMK, writes the Patria News Agency.

Even skeptics of conspiracy theories will wonder, after so much time, how it is that exclusively on weekends, when the largest number of citizens with only Bosnian and Herzegovinian passports enter or leave the country through this border crossing, the system in Croatia malfunctions, and then only EU citizens can cross the border, while it's a stop for locals with BiH passports.

-Nine Bosniaks and six tractors full of bales (baled hay) parked 100 meters from the border in Croatia, in the EU. They worked like horses today (as one of them says). Tired, exhausted, dirty. They started for home, to their BiH, but the system failure prevented them from crossing the border. They remained in Croatia, on a field, to spend the night, just 100 meters away from the result of their all-day work.

Several vehicles are parked by the roadside. They cannot go to Bosnia due to the system failure. Everyone else can, but no one with a Bosnian passport can.

I am ashamed to lie in my own bed when I know that my Bosniaks in Maljevac are lying on the ground, in Croatia, 100 meters within the European Union. That is a fact. And I am not indifferent to it, truly. This humiliation hurts me. It has never been recorded that the system failed on the Bosnian side. And it's Saturday, the weekend. Perhaps by chance, but certainly not, wrote Admir ef. Muhić, who lives and works in Maljevac.

On several occasions so far, he has spoken out precisely about the infamous system failure in Croatia, which mostly happens on weekends, and exclusively at this border crossing.

However, none of the officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina have reacted adequately so far, nor have they addressed the Croatian authorities on this issue. It seems that no one is interested in why these "strange things" happen only on weekends and why the system always fails only on the Croatian side.
