Milkos' AYRAN Premium is the first ayran on the shelves of retail chains in Croatia

After a sensational start in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ayran Premium, a product of Sarajevo's Milkos dairy, can now be consumed in Croatia as well. It can be found on the shelves of Billa stores and soon more widely. In a very short time since the launch of this product on the domestic market, it has taken an enviable position in the market share of fermented dairy products. Under the slogan "Love at first Ayran", it has won the hearts of BiH consumers and is now starting to win over other markets in the region, the Milkos company announced, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

- Ayran is a refreshing drink made of yogurt, water, and salt. It has a long history, over 2,000 years old, and originates from Central Asia. It has a pleasant aroma and effectively quenches thirst on hot summer days, which is one of its most important characteristics. Consuming salted ayran is a quick way to replenish salt during the summer months when the body dehydrates faster and loses salt, which can be dangerous to health. In developing the Ayran product, Milkos went a step further and developed a product that is more palatable and appealing to our consumers in terms of taste, hence the name Premium. Its fullness of flavor differentiates it from other products of this type, proving its uniqueness - Milkos states.
