Milatović requested a Mercedes from the Government

(Patria) - The office of the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, sent a letter to the General Secretariat of the Government stating that due to a lack of vehicles and in order to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the service, it is necessary to make available a Mercedes Benz E250 vehicle, license plate PG MN 444, which is in the possession of the Government of Montenegro.

“As the aforementioned vehicle has been provided for the needs of the Office of the President of Montenegro, the General Secretariat of the Government considers the request submitted by the Office of the President of Montenegro to be valid,” the document published on the Government's website states.

The General Secretariat of the Government engaged a court expert in mechanical engineering specializing in road transport to assess the car.

The court expert in mechanical engineering, Nikola Radović, a graduate mechanical engineer specializing in road transport, submitted his findings and opinion to the General Secretariat of the Government on July 18, 2023.

In it, he stated that the vehicle's value was determined according to the catalog with calculated depreciation and based on the general condition of the vehicle and the market situation, and that it amounts to 12,948 euros.

“In this regard, after the findings and opinion were submitted, the General Secretariat of the Government prepared a proposal for the adoption of information regarding the provision of the Mercedes Benz E250 vehicle, license plate PG MN 444, for use,” the information highlights.
