Milan Radoičić admitted he was in Banjska and organized the attack

(Patria) - Milan Radoičić's attorney, Goran Petronijević, confirmed on Radoičić's behalf that he was in Banjska, in the north of Kosovo, on Sunday, and that he had made all logistical preparations for the "resistance of the Serbian people against Kurti's terror".

Radoičić, through his attorney, informed the public that he, along with his compatriots, came to the north of Kosovo on September 24th to the area of the village of Banjska.

He says that Radoičić made all logistical preparations and did not inform anyone from the authorities of the Republic of Serbia, nor the local political structures from the north of Kosovo and Metohija. He notes that he had no help from them, as there were already differences in the methods of resistance so far.

He claims that the casualties among the Kosovo Police officers happened accidentally, and then a "fierce clash" occurred on both sides.

"Let it be clear to everyone that we are not terrorists, but fighters for the freedom of our people," he stated.

He said he is ready to respond to the call of the competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia regarding this event.

He took responsibility and stated that he is resigning from his position as Vice-President of the Serbian List.

The lawyer also said that he cannot speak about the details of the event itself, but according to previous information, the Kosovo police officer died from an explosive device that "was not intended for him, nor for anyone else," and not from a bullet.

He said he has no authority or knowledge to speak about anything beyond Milan Radoičić's statement.

"I think that both the state and the international community, especially KFOR, should get involved because this situation can escalate. It is very unstable. Do not think that Milan Radoičić is the only one, there are many Milan Radoičićs down there," he said.
