(Patria) - Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti stated for Podgorica's Gradsku televiziju, a day after the agreement on license plates was reached in Brussels on Wednesday, that Serbia is not a normal country.
"I think Serbia is not a normal country, but that is the concern of the Serbian people. I think our relations are not normal," Kurti said, as reported by KoSSev.
He expects mutual recognition from the country, which he says he believes is "not normal," by the spring of next year.
He said that the Serbian authorities are "founded" on three murders – Zoran Đinđić, Ivan Stambolić, and Oliver Ivanović.
The Serbian authorities need, as he stated, "double distancing" from crimes, i.e., those from the time of Milošević, and now also from Putin's regime.
In contrast, Kosovo is a "double success story" for him.
