
(Patria) - Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced that the Kosovo army has received TB-2 unmanned aerial vehicles, which the government purchased from Turkey.
In a Facebook post, Kurti emphasizes that during two years of governance they increased the number of soldiers by 80 percent.
- We added Bayraktar TB-2 drones to our army's arsenal, which we as a government purchased from Turkey. In two years of governance we increased the number of soldiers by more than 80 percent, and the army budget by over 100 percent. Kosovo is now safer - Kurti wrote.
The Prime Minister adds that together with the KBS commander, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, and Defense Minister Armend Mehaj, he congratulated the officers who completed training on the use of drones.
