Kosovo minister condemns participation of Milosevic associate Dacic in conference on prevention of sexual violence in wars

(Patria) - Donika Gervalla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, criticised the participation of Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic in the Conference on Prevention of Sexual Violence in Wars, which is being held today and tomorrow in London.

She described Dacic as one of the main "architects of genocide in the Western Balkans, especially in BiH and Kosovo".

She asked the organisers what the point is of Dacic speaking at such a conference.

"He was the right hand of Slobodan Milosevic from 1992 to 2000," Gervalla recalled.

British MP Alicia Kearns also reacted to this information. Via her Twitter account, she stated that his presence at the said convention was "badly done" and "wrong".

"During the Milosevic regime, more than 25,000 Muslim women were raped through industrialised sexual war crimes in rape camps. 'Little Sloba', which is Ivica Dacic's nickname, never apologised for the sexual war crimes of the regime whose propagandist he was," MP Kearns said, reports Slobodna Bosna.
