(Patria) - President of the Union of the Private Sector of Kosovo Jusuf Azemi said that private companies have a pronounced shortage of qualified workers and expressed concern given that since 2021, as he stated, more than 100,000 workers have left Kosovo.
- According to our information, in 2021 and 2022, more than 100,000 workers from Kosovo's private sector left Kosovo.
These workers are mostly qualified, and their shortage causes extremely large losses, mainly for private companies.
We are in the field every day and every company owner has their own concerns because they lack relevant staff - Azemi told Pristina media.
