Kosovo: Bomb thrown at hall where Vučić is scheduled to speak

A bomb was thrown at the sports hall in Zubin Potok, Kosovo, where Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić is scheduled to speak today, and automatic weapons were fired around 3 AM, said the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić, reports the B&H News Agency Patria.

He told reporters in Leposavić that a car was damaged in the explosion, and that casings from automatic weapons were found, adding that Vučić's visit to Kosovo today is proceeding as planned for now.

- The final decision will be made in agreement with our special security forces, which are deployed here - said the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

Đurić stated that the initial police findings indicate that the attack on the hall in Zubin Potok, which occurred early this morning, was organized and constituted an act of terrorism.
