Košarac and Đorđević discuss improving foreign trade exchange between BiH and Serbia

(Patria) - Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac received the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to BiH Aleksandar Đorđević today in Sarajevo. The interlocutors stated that the relations between BiH and Serbia are good and friendly, and that there is open space for improving economic cooperation.

The meeting discussed current economic conditions in BiH and the region, with a focus on mitigating the negative effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the economic sector.

Minister Košarac emphasized that Serbia is one of the most important economic partners for BiH, and expressed commitment to improving foreign trade exchange between the two countries. The topic of the meeting was also the upcoming visit of Minister Košarac to official Belgrade, and it was agreed that it would follow the formation of the new convocation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
