Komšić to Serbian Ambassador: Drvar will never be Serbian, it was and will remain Bosnian

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić reacted to the (un)diplomatic statement of the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to BiH Aleksandar Đorđević, who today, during the opening of the Consular Office of the Republic of Serbia in Drvar, said that Drvar will be a Serbian city in the future, as it always has been, it was announced from Komšić's Cabinet.

"Drvar has never been a Serbian city, nor will it ever be. Drvar is a partisan city, and it has always been a Bosnian city. It will always be, despite Serbia's wishes and pretensions towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, which in recent decades have manifested in the greatest form of tragedy for BiH and its citizens. I hope that the Serbian Ambassador will refrain from Serbifying Bosnian-Herzegovinian cities in the future," Komšić stated.

He added that "there is room for everyone in this country, but there is no room for anyone's ethnic exclusivity."
