SDA Collegium: Who falsely reported Duraković for proposing Vučić for the Srebrenica Golden Plaque?

The SDA Headquarters will host a session of the party's Collegium today, which will, among other things, discuss the nomination of candidates for the position of Mayor of Srebrenica Municipality in the local elections in October this year. As part of this issue, the Collegium members will also discuss whether the current Mayor of Srebrenica Municipality, Ćamil Duraković, proposed Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić for the Srebrenica Golden Plaque, writes the Patria News Agency.

We learn from the SDA leadership that "someone reported Duraković for proposing Vučić for the Srebrenica Golden Plaque".

The Mayor of Srebrenica, Ćamill Duraković, confirmed to Patria that the SDA Secretary General Amir Zukić informed him about this by phone.

- The Mayor of Srebrenica Municipality, although logically the most qualified to say who helped and who did not help Srebrenica, does not participate in the award procedure at all. It is a tender procedure, and everyone has the right to nominate candidates for awards granted by the Municipality. After that, the proposals go to the parliamentary committee for awards and recognitions, and then to the Assembly where councilors vote on the recipients, explains Duraković, who said that he will provide the SDA Headquarters with all the necessary documentation showing that he has nothing to do with the awards.
