Chinese national deported from Croatia for singing Ustaše songs

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Chinese national Sze Yat Lung (44) was arrested in Imotski because during the final of the European Handball Championship between Croatia and Spain he sang Ustaše songs in a local cafe.

He was arrested after a video from a cafe in the Imotski area surfaced. He sang songs with unacceptable messages and content that incites hatred and intolerance.

"The suspected foreigner was arrested this morning and brought to the Imotski border police station. An investigation was conducted. It was determined that he committed a violation against public order and peace. After the criminal investigation, the person will be brought before the Municipal Court in Makarska," the Split police told Dalmatinski portal.

Slobodna Dalmacija reported that he received a deportation from Croatia for three months.

The Croatian public became acquainted with Lung last year when he shouted "Za dom spremni" in Imotski.
