Chinese tourists from Wuhan, after visiting Croatia, arrive in BiH

(Patria) - The bus carrying tourists from the Chinese city of Wuhan, the city where the coronavirus epidemic started, arrived last night, according to the Index.hr portal, in Croatia, and should soon enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As Index reported last night, yesterday it was just before noon at the Bregana border crossing. According to information from the Croatian portal, they arrived on European soil by plane to Milan, from where they traveled by bus to Croatia, and before that they underwent a so-called body screening at Milan's airport.

No one had symptoms of the disease. According to Index's information, the Chinese who arrived in Croatia are tourists, and we also learned their travel plan. Yesterday, after entering Croatia, they were supposed to spend time at the Plitvice Lakes.

Today, during the day, they should visit Dalmatia. After that, Index reports, their travel plan moves to BiH.

Instructions left for the driver

The tourists were stopped at Bregana yesterday and received instructions on what they must do if they notice symptoms. In addition, the bus driver received the number of an epidemiologist he must contact if he notices that any passenger has symptoms of the coronavirus.

The Croatian Institute of Public Health, which earlier published instructions for passengers traveling to China and returnees or tourists from China, was also informed about the event.
