Jerlagić calls for debate on loss of BiH property in Croatia and Serbia

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The President of the Party of BiH and candidate for the BiH Presidency in the October elections, Amer Jerlagić, called on all candidates for the Presidency in the upcoming elections to open a debate on the potential loss of Bosnia and Herzegovina's property in Croatia. Jerlagić believes that this property in Croatia is worth more than 10 billion euros, and in Serbia more than 8 billion euros (without compensation for electricity from 1992-2018, worth more than 5 billion euros).

"I call on them to open up the major issues of transitional and inter-state crime related to the trading of Bosnia and Herzegovina's property, regardless of who is involved," Jerlagić said, Patria reports.

He reminded that one of the main duties and obligations of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina is foreign policy and international relations, and therefore, Jerlagić said, "it is surprising that none of the opposing candidates who have announced their candidacy for the Presidency, as well as those whose candidacies are being announced, have dared to react to the loss and seizure of state property in the Republic of Croatia by passing a unilateral Law on the Management of State Property in the Republic of Croatia."
