
Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bakir Izetbegović received former Slovenian President Danilo Türk
During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the current political and economic situation in the region and the world.
The interlocutors agreed on the need for further improvement of regional cooperation, especially in strengthening economic cooperation. Chairman Izetbegović emphasized that BiH, as well as the region, have excellent prerequisites to become economically attractive to foreign investors. He stressed that through joint efforts, significant foreign investments can be attracted in the fields of energy, infrastructure, agriculture, and tourism.
On behalf of the BiH Presidency member from the Republika Srpska, Mladen Ivanić, advisor from the Cabinet Mira Pekić attended the meeting, and on behalf of the Croatian member of the BiH Presidency, Dragan Čović, advisor from the Cabinet Tugomir Čuljak attended.
