Elections in Kosovo without OSCE observers

(Patria) - Early parliamentary elections are being held in Kosovo today, and 1,794,862 voters have the right to vote, who will be able to vote in 888 polling stations, with a total of 2,382 polling places.

A total of 28 political entities will participate in the elections: 21 political parties, two coalitions, and five civic initiatives.

A total of 1,079 candidates have registered for the 120 seats in the Kosovo parliament.

These are the first parliamentary elections in which the OSCE will not participate or "assist", as it has been until two years ago.

The Kosovo Police Service announced that a special operational plan will be implemented to prevent any disruption of public order and peace.
