(Patria) - Croatian police have discovered a man who stole antlers worth as much as 8,000 euros from a dead deer in the forest.
"Following a criminal investigation by police officers of the Đakovo Police Station, a 43-year-old man was identified who, in the autumn of last year, found a dead deer in the Brezice hunting ground and removed its antlers.
The hunting association suffered material damage of approximately 8,000 euros. Proceedings will be initiated against the suspect for the criminal offense of theft, to be submitted to the Municipal State Attorney's Office in Osijek," announced the Osijek-Baranja police this morning.
