CROATIA CONTINUES TO STEAL BiH PROPERTY How Luka Šibenik was taken and sold to the Turks

(Patria) - The brutal theft of Bosnian-Herzegovinian property in Croatia has never stopped. Thus, without much resonance in the BiH public, it was announced that Yilport Holding, part of the Turkish corporation Yildirim, recently took over Luka Šibenik, specialized in the transshipment of phosphates and fertilizers.

How was Luka Šibenik sold and where did the money end up? It's a million-dollar question, because the story around Luka Šibenik has never been resolved, and according to the latest excerpt from the land registry, the operator and owner of Luka Šibenik is directly the Port Authority of Šibenik. Šipad Export-Import d.d. was last mentioned in land registry documents on October 28, 2022, in a way that the Court rejected Šipad's appeal for property registration.

Interestingly, the Republic of Croatia also tried to register itself as the owner of this property on April 26, 2021, which the Court also rejected! Simply put, Croatia erases and dispossesses owners as if with an eraser. This is precisely the case with "Luka Drvo" Šibenik, whose property is estimated at over 100 million euros.

The leaders of "Šipad", a company that once employed 80,000 workers, or "Export-Import", fought for this property for years, but the Republic of Croatia appropriated this company.
They fought for years and proved that they owned the local 72,000 m2 of land and about 6,000 buildings with built-in docks and the entire structure for loading and unloading wood.

During the FBiH Government led by Nermin Nikšić, it was stated that Luka Šibenik was the property of the Federation of BiH, after which everything stalled and no concrete steps were taken to protect this property.

The FBiH Government then concluded that it was necessary to collect all available documentation related to the registration of ownership rights over "Luka drvo Šibenik" to "Šipad" d.d. Sarajevo in order to undertake activities to return the property to the Federation of BiH and determine any criminal liability, but there has been no progress since 2017.

And regardless of the long-standing 'internal dispute' between 'Šipad' and 'Šipad Export-Import', the authorities in BiH have not taken care of our country's property in Croatia.

Theft of Bosnia and Herzegovina's property is a practice of the Republic of Croatia from the background, and apparently, the good relations spoken of by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, Elmedin Konaković, will not change this.
