Croats in BiH must have the same rights as Bosniaks in Croatia

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Sejfudin Tokić, president of the Bosniak Movement, commenting on the Declaration of the Croatian National Assembly in Mostar, stated that "Croats in BiH should have the same rights as Bosniaks in the Republic of Croatia. Bosniaks are the third largest nation in the Republic of Croatia, just as Croats are the third largest nation in the state of BiH.".

- The constitutionality of nations is a communist fabrication, which both the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia removed from their Constitutions after the breakup of the SFRY, and which, as a legal formulation, is not present in any constitutional-legal system of any country in the world and is inherently contrary to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. 

With the full application of NATO and EU standards, so-called constitutionality will become redundant in the constitutional-legal system of the state of BiH.
Stability and peace in the region, as well as the full development of democratic processes, are only possible through the application of full equality of nations in the territory of former Yugoslavia, including the same standards for the rights of Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs, in BiH, Croatia, and Serbia.

Any other solutions, including the policy of double standards by the current authorities of Croatia and Serbia, can lead to the destabilization of peace in BiH and the entire region - Tokić said.
