HDZ 1990 opposed the increase in electricity prices announced by Elektroprivreda HZHB, writes NAP.
Electricity bills could increase from New Year for all households that purchase electricity from Elektroprivreda HZHB. The company proposes that bills be increased by 1.5 percent. Those who paid 100 KM for electricity would pay 101.5 KM from New Year. At the same time, the company proposes that companies engaged in the processing industry pay three percent less for electricity.
HDZ 1990 strongly opposes such a decision by the Management of Elektroprivreda HZ HB, which is mainly composed of cadres from HDZ BiH.
- Is this yet another 'Croatian response'? – ask HDZ 1990, alluding to the pre-election slogan of HDZ BiH and several smaller parties gathered with them in the Croatian National Assembly during the General Elections in BiH in 2014.
- A profitable company has been brought to the brink of existence due to illegal actions, the use of its funds for party purposes, and political patronage through invented jobs with enormously high salaries.
Instead of rationalizing costs and better economic management, the management of Elektroprivreda wants to compensate for the lack of funds through the pockets of electricity consumers, which is, to say the least, absurd and unfair – stated HDZ 1990, reports NAP.
