Five young Serbian hackers broke into the state system and took the JMBG of almost all citizens of Serbia. Or at least that's what they claim.
"We hold all of Serbia in our grip. We have almost all data about Serbian residents, starting from JMBG to what they do, where they live, phone numbers," reads an email received by the editorial office of "Blic", reports the BiH news agency Patria.
Tables with data of citizens from Novi Beograd, Voždovac, Novi Sad, Jagodina... arrived at the editorial office of "Blic" as proof. Here are the hackers' intentions.
"We are showing and publishing this data to the public for several reasons. The first and main reason is that our cyber police exclusively pursue Serbian hackers while ignoring Albanian ones. Now they will have more than a concrete reason to look for us, but they will waste their time in vain," the email states.
The second reason, the hackers write, is that the people should see how threatened their privacy is in this country and how, using this data, absolutely all information about them can be obtained.
