(Patria) - US President's special envoy Richard Grenell on Wednesday denied a report that the United States remains open to a territory swap between Serbia and Kosovo.
"Fake news. You never called or wrote to me to ask about this. I am for whatever the parties agree on - I am focused on economic development, not politics," Grenell tweeted.
The US envoy thus denied an article by EU Observer which stated that the US does not want to rule out the possibility of a territory swap between Kosovo and Serbia, despite Germany's opposition to it.
