Gojković announced the formation of a joint Commission of the Assemblies of Serbia and RS

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - The Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia, Maja Gojković, said today in Banja Luka that the parliaments of Serbia and the entity of Republika Srpska will soon establish a joint Commission.

After meeting with the Speaker of the National Assembly of RS, Nedeljko Čubrilović, Gojković emphasized that Serbia already has a similar form of institutional cooperation with Russia and the National Congress of China.

- We agreed on a higher, institutionalized way of cooperation, which will soon take place in Belgrade, where we will form a Commission of the two joint parliaments. We only have this with the Russian Federation and the All-China National Congress. In this way, we control the way of work and the fulfillment of everything that the authorities agree upon - Gojković stated.

Gojković emphasized that the agreement should be signed at the end of October. She added that no additional approvals are needed for the formation of the Commission, just as they were not needed for the formation of the same commission with Russia and China. 

- Serbia is helping projects in the territory of Republika Srpska. There is cooperation at the level of the two presidents, Dodik and Vučić, as well as the prime ministers themselves - concluded Gojković.
