European Institute Issues Warning: BiH, Croatia, and Slovenia Hit by Dangerous Storm

The Meteorological Institute Estofex warns of a storm that could hit the areas of Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. They have issued a Level 2 warning, according to which we can expect storms, heavy rainfall, a cold snap, and strong winds, reports the Patria News Agency.

According to Estofex's forecast, the severe weather will begin in the middle of the day, with improvements expected only on Thursday. The worsening weather has already arrived in some parts of Croatia, with waves flooding some streets on the island of Pag.
 
In Rijeka, a severe thunderstorm began around 5 AM this morning, causing widespread flooding that lasted for a few hours. Severe weather also hit Starigrad Paklenica, where the storm was accompanied by hail.
