Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina Allowed Entry into Croatia Under Certain Conditions Until July 15

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - By decision of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia, dated June 30, 2020, citizens of third countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, are allowed entry into the Republic of Croatia under certain conditions.

The decision on the temporary ban on crossing the state borders of the Republic of Croatia, when it comes to citizens of third countries (including Bosnia and Herzegovina), does not apply to:
- healthcare workers, health researchers and associates, elderly care specialists, and persons requiring urgent medical treatment
- cross-border workers
- freight forwarders and other transport personnel to the extent necessary
- diplomats, police officers performing their duties, Civil Protection services and teams, international organization personnel, and international military personnel performing their functions
- transit passengers
- persons traveling for tourism or other business reasons, or who have other economic interests
- persons traveling for education or other urgent personal reasons

Persons who meet the specified conditions are required to register online via the entercroatia.mup.hr application and provide the necessary information to avoid queues at border crossings when filling them out.

Persons who meet the specified conditions will be allowed to cross the state borders of the Republic of Croatia while adhering to the general and specific recommendations and instructions of the Croatian Institute of Public Health.

This Decision enters into force on July 1, 2020, and applies until July 15, 2020.
