Dodik asks Vučić for Serbia to stop the "endangerment" of RS

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, spoke today with the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, about the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the Western Balkan region. Vučić emphasized that peace and stability are vital interests of the Serbian people, wherever they live, and that Serbia will always insist on the survival and a better future for the Serbian people in Republika Srpska, as well as on good and friendly relations with BiH as a whole, Patria reports.

In the conversation, Dodik pointed out to Vučić the organized campaign being waged in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in some other countries, against Republika Srpska and the Serbian people living in it.

He said that Republika Srpska sees its ally primarily in Serbia, and expects the Government of Serbia and its bodies, in accordance with the Dayton Peace Agreement, to provide full support and assistance in protecting Republika Srpska from all forms of endangerment.

Otherwise, the member of the Presidency of BiH, Mladen Ivanić, also stayed in Belgrade today and met with Vučić and the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolić.
