Dodik and Vučić say brotherly ties between RS and Serbia are indissoluble

(Patria) - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated today that the brotherly ties between RS and Serbia are indissoluble, and he attended the celebration of Serbia's Statehood Day.

"Our unity is the main guide through all the challenges ahead of us, defending the interests of our people. Long live the Serbian people! Long live Serbia! Long live Republika Srpska," Dodik stated. 

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić thanked today Dodik and all other representatives and people from Republika Srpska for always being with Serbia, when, as he said, it celebrates something important, marks an occasion, or mourns.

Vučić said that Serbia and the Serbian people have no other choice but to stand on their own, to take care of and protect their state, people, citizens, and look to the future.

"In everything we have been, and I believe we will be together, without hurting anyone else and without violating the principles of international law," Vučić said at the ceremony of awarding decorations to deserving individuals and institutions on the occasion of Serbia's Statehood Day.

According to his words, today when Serbia is under pressure from various sides and when it is economically advancing faster than ever in history, it must clearly tell everyone, both sides that want Serbia to choose them, that the state of Serbia has only one option, and that is to stand on its own.
