Dodik and Ivanić from Belgrade lash out at Bosniaks and accuse them of destroying BiH

After the meeting they held today in Belgrade with the President and Prime Minister of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolić and Aleksandar Vučić, the Chairman of the BiH Presidency and President of RS, Mladen Ivanić, and Milorad Dodik addressed the press, reports Patria.

The four officials discussed the revision of the verdict in the BiH lawsuit against Serbia before the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

In his address to the press, Dodik reiterated previous statements, saying that the consultation organized by BiH Presidency member Bakir Izetbegović in the Sarajevo City Hall was intentional.

- There is a plaque on the building condemning Serbs for genocide, they wanted to humiliate us, they sent a message of hatred. Everyone was there, both opposition and government, Izetbegović and his associates, Nikšić and his associates, and representatives of the Islamic Community led by Reis Kavazović. Everyone who is united by hatred towards us was there.

The political forces from RS are united as a whole. We will have a session of the National Assembly of RS on Monday and we will adopt conclusions. We thank Serbia for its understanding; although this is formally directed against Serbia, we perceive it as an attack on all Serbs.  

Alija Izetbegović was not the president of any BiH, because in 1993 there was no BiH, Dodik said in his address.  

Ivanić announced that politicians from RS will be in daily communication with Vučić and Nikolić in the coming period.  

- We will monitor the situation and take adequate political measures. Do not expect definitive answers now, we will do what we think is useful. I am not worried about the revision itself, because it is illegal and legally unfounded. This has exposed the political relations in BiH. The person who has done the most to destroy BiH is Izetbegović, who took it upon himself to take certain actions in the name of BiH.

It is good that there are no attacks from the international community on us (Serbs). Imagine if we had done this? It is high time they came out and said that this is destroying the institutions of BiH, that Bosniaks are destroying them, not Serbs, Ivanić said.
