Đilas: Elections in Serbia possibly already in 2023

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - President of the Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP) Dragan Đilas stated that he expects elections at all levels next year, with a possible "non-aggression pact within the opposition", reports Beta.

In the Marker conversation show on Insajder television, he said that elections at all levels could realistically happen as early as next year, 2023, and that the essential issue is not whether the opposition will go to these elections in one or three columns.

"The essential thing is that there is no mutual attacking within the opposition and that we agree on some things we can agree on," said Đilas.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić previously emphasized that early elections could occur, although they were held this year with a convincing victory for his Serbian Progressive Party and its coalition partners.
