They spoke after the unconstitutional referendum: Vučić and Dodik coordinated by phone

The most important result of the referendum in Republika Srpska is that everything passed peacefully, stated Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, reports the Patria News Agency.

He emphasized that it is now most important to calm tensions in the entire region. Vučić, answering journalists' questions in Žagubica, said that in a phone conversation he agreed with the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, that it is most important for the entire region to look to the future.

-Today we are thinking about how much we will increase salaries and how much money we will have to give to pensioners, said Vučić, noting that this is possible because the public treasury is under control, the state is in good condition, and especially because people trusted their government, which worked well.

-If anyone thinks that the solution is in conflicts, we will not only not participate in that, but we will strongly oppose it, because for us, peace and stability are the basic conditions for the results of our work to be seen, stated Vučić.

As he noted, Serbia and its citizens did not go through difficult reforms for two years for someone to now say "stop, now we are going into some kind of instability".

-That is the most important thing, and everyone agrees on that, including Bakir Izetbegović, said Vučić, reports B92.
