BRUSSELS Vučić and Kurti with European officials, Serbia rejected the proposed solution

A joint meeting of the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell and the mediator in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajčak with Aleksandar Vučić and Albin Kurti is underway in Brussels.

According to initial unofficial information from Brussels, the meeting was not fruitful.

Serbia was offered a solution that would derogate the Brussels Agreement, which Serbia, i.e. Vučić, as Blic writes, could not accept.

First, a separate meeting was held with officials and Vučić and Kurti.

 This meeting was supposed to resolve the current crisis, prevent new escalations on the ground, and resolve the issue of license plates and the return of Serbs to the institutions of Kosovo, which they left.

KFOR and NATO forces have increased their presence in Kosovo.

Vučić is expected to address the media and the public during the day, but it is increasingly certain that the relations between Serbia and Kosovo will continue to be complicated.
