Boyle: The Hague again concealed Serbia's role in genocide, justice requires the abolition of RS

SARAJEVO, (Patria)  - Once again, the Hague Tribunal, and now its Residual Mechanism, have concealed Serbia's role in organizing, orchestrating, ordering, and committing genocide against Bosniaks and the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, states a reaction from Professor Francis A. Boyle regarding the final verdict for Radovan Karadžić. 

"This is because the USA, NATO members, and the EU would like to include Serbia in NATO and the EU, just as they recently did with Montenegro, which they included in NATO, despite the fact that I obtained two major court orders from the World Court against Serbia and Montenegro, ordering them to cease and desist from committing acts of genocide against the RBiH and Bosniaks," adds Boyle, noting "it is astonishing that the Mechanism upheld part of the Hague Tribunal's verdict acquitting Karadžić of genocide for his ethnic cleansing of Muslims and Croats from what is today known as the genocidal creation of the RS," said the former extraordinary and plenipotentiary chief legal representative and agent for the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the International Court of Justice.

He also denied that "justice requires the abolition of the Republika Srpska."
