Boyle Responds to Izetbegović: BiH's Lawsuit Against Serbia is Being Sabotaged Again

A fighter for human freedoms and former agent of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the International Court of Justice spoke recently in an exclusive interview with N1 about BiH's lawsuit against Serbia and why it failed.

He stated at the time that work on reviewing the ruling of BiH against Serbia should have started long ago. He emphasized that the BiH authorities, led by Bakir Izetbegović, have done nothing in the last nine years.

The Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Bakir Izetbegović, responded to his statement.

-I don't know what Mr. Boyle thinks I should have done, and he knows what I have been doing, so I would not comment on his statements. The lawsuit is possible. Terrible things happened in BiH and someone is to blame for them. We need new evidence, and at this moment, we do not have it.

We will see if it emerges after a thorough examination of the complete content of the Karadžić ruling. Professionals will do that job, not Izetbegović. If it does, I will be the one to provide logistical and political support for it to be done, Izetbegović told N1.
