(Patria) - The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, stated today that the situation in northern Kosovo is very worrying and said that it will not be tolerated.
He cited the arrests of Kosovo Serbs, the march of the Kosovo Security Forces in the southern part of North Mitrovica, and harsh rhetoric from Serbia as examples.
"Despite yesterday's crisis meeting, the escalation continues and is becoming dangerous. We will not tolerate it," Borrell said in his Twitter post.
The Serbian army called on KFOR to get involved in resolving the situation.
As stated today, the Serbian Army is awaiting orders from the President of Serbia.
