
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Vjekoslav Bevanda met today in Belgrade with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, reports the Patria News Agency.
Bevanda congratulated the Prime Minister of Serbia Vučić on organizing the Summit of Prime Ministers of 16 countries and the People's Republic of China. He also informed his interlocutor about the establishment of government in BiH after the elections. Bilateral issues concerning the border between the two countries, as well as issues that need to be resolved within the framework of the Succession Agreement, were discussed at the meeting.
Bevanda and Vučić agreed on the presentation of regional projects, such as the reconstruction of the Sarajevo-Belgrade railway line, hydropower potential (Block 7 Tuzla and Hydropower Plants on the Drina), road routes on Corridor 5c, the Adriatic-Ionian Highway, and the Banja Luka-Split highway. It was proposed to form a working group that will deal with the development of joint projects, as well as a meeting of the ministers of transport and communications of the two countries.
During the talks, the interlocutors agreed that both countries have the same goal, which is the path to European integration.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications in the Government of the Republic of Serbia Rasim Ljajić, the Minister of Economy Željko Sertić, and the Ambassador of BiH in Belgrade Ranko Škrbić.
