Without RS Government's Consent, Director Sold Company's Real Estate in Belgrade for 150,000 Euros

The director of the company „Šipad Grmeč“ d.o.o. S.M. from Banja Luka illegally sold the company's real estate in Belgrade for 150,000 Euros to person V.G.

S.M. acquired property for the company contrary to the provisions of the Law on the Initial Balance Sheet in the Privatization Procedure of State Capital in Enterprises, writes Patria.

In his capacity as director, on February 20, 2006, without the consent of the RS Government, he concluded a sales contract by which he sold the company's real estate in Belgrade to V.G.

The Administration of Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska submitted a Report on the Committed Criminal Offense of Abuse of Authority in Economy to the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka, it was announced from the MUP of RS.
