The continuation of the trial of eight former members of the Special Brigade of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska for war crimes against civilians in the village of Kravica near Bratunac, eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the "Srebrenica" case, has been scheduled for today before the War Crimes Department of the Higher Court in Belgrade, reports Serbian Beta, carried by Patria.
Nedeljko Milidragović, Aleksa Golijanin, Milivoje Batinica, Aleksandar Dačević, Boro Miletić, Jovan Petrović, Dragomir Parović, and Vidoslav Vasić are accused of war crimes against the civilian population in complicity.
According to the indictment of the War Crimes Prosecutor's Office, they are charged with participating in the murder of several hundred Bosniaks, together with unknown members of the RS Special Brigade, in and around the agricultural cooperative halls in Kravica in July 1995.
The trial began on February 6 this year, and the defendants, who are defending themselves from freedom, have rejected the allegations in the indictment.
