Bećirović to Vučić: Stop acting like the prime minister of "Greater Serbia"

The Vice-President of SDP BiH and state representative Denis Bećirović, on the occasion of the latest unauthorized interference of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić in the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, issued a press release, reports the Patria News Agency.

- The latest statement by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, in which he arrogantly and hypocritically states that if the Peace Implementation Council at tomorrow's session bans the announced referendum on the Day of Republika Srpska, he will "invite the representatives of Republika Srpska to come to Belgrade for consultations... to see how to cause the least damage to the Serbian people," represents new clear evidence of his unprincipled, ill-intentioned, and anti-Dayton policy.

Mr. Vučić,

Stop acting like the prime minister of "Greater Serbia"! You are, if you have forgotten, the prime minister of Serbs from Serbia only, not of all Serbs in the region, which are two diametrically different things.

Stop behaving arrogantly and anti-Dayton towards Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Stop denying the legal and legitimate decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH!

Stop undermining the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Stop destroying the essential parts of the Dayton Peace Agreement!

Stop sowing discord and unrest among the peoples and citizens of BiH!

Stop saying one thing and doing the complete opposite!

Stop, finally, acting with the aim of realizing the criminal and unachievable Greater Serbian project!

Ladies and Gentlemen from the international community,

How long will you tolerate Vučić's open undermining of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina? Once, Slobodan Milošević, who presented himself to the Western public as a peacemaker and democrat (at a time when the project of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts was in the execution phase and Milošević was its contractor), used Šešelj and Vučić, who gladly placed themselves at his disposal whenever it was necessary to set fires and kill in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. Today, the best student of Vojislav Šešelj, Aleksandar Vučić, continues on Milošević's path with a different tactic, who, in his "reconciliatory" policy, encourages, instructs, and applauds Dodik's anti-Dayton thesis "about two Serbian states".

It is time for you too to tell Vučić that neither a Serbian, nor a Bosniak, nor a Croatian state will be created on the soil of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bosnia and Herzegovina was, remains, and will remain the state of all its peoples and citizens. And Vučić and those like him should know that their hegemonic policy brings them closer to the Belgrade Pashaluk than to the projected Greater Serbian state.
