Bosnia and Herzegovina has less than a year to file a request for revision of the process against Serbia before the Hague Tribunal, writes the Patria News Agency.
Precisely on this topic, Denis Bećirović, an SDP MP, wanted to speak at the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, but Denis Zvizdić, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, is not present at the session, and none of the ministers had the authority to answer MP Bećirović's question.
- We are all witnesses in recent weeks that a large number of legal experts have spoken about the need and importance of renewing the lawsuit against Serbia. We in BiH are democrats and legalists and are committed to the values of peace, tolerance, and building good neighborly relations, unlike some individuals in power in Belgrade.
It is our right and duty to seek and fight for justice and truth. In this regard, we received with displeasure the latest threats from Aleksandar Vučić towards BiH, who is changing the narrative and accusing us of initiating some violence. Everyone in the Council of Ministers and Parliament should have a stance on this. Less than a year remains to exercise this duty, but the chairman is not present – says Bećirović.
