Bećirović: Dodik publicly admitted that the Greater Serbia criminal project exists

(Patria) - Regarding the latest scandalous anti-Dayton statements by the president of the BiH entity RS Milorad Dodik in Donja Gradina, that "RS and Serbia will be one state", member of the Presidency of BiH Denis Bećirović emphasized the following:

"Milorad Dodik's public admission that he is working on implementing the Greater Serbia project should not be ignored. In his speech today, he publicly admitted and announced key anti-Dayton project tasks that many in the international community and within Bosnia and Herzegovina have underestimated for years:

1. That the Greater Serbia criminal project, which led to aggression against neighboring countries and genocide against Bosniaks in the 1990s, is not dead.
2. That there is a well-designed Greater State plan being implemented with the aim of "declaring RS a state and uniting it with Serbia".
3. That the president of the BiH entity RS, Milorad Dodik, is publicly working to break up a full member of the United Nations – the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to destroy the peace process.

Dodik's public admission today that the reincarnation of the criminal Greater Serbia project is once again on the scene inevitably calls for public answers to the following questions:

Why does the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, not publicly distance himself from the criminal project aimed against the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

Why does Dodik intensify the destruction of the fundamental principles of international and national law after every visit from Belgrade?

Why do key European Union countries not act promptly and concretely? Why does the EU not join the policy of the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in sanctioning the policy of endangering peace and stability in Southeast Europe?

Finally, I publicly call on all Bosnian-Herzegovinian political actors to stop ignoring the threats of destroying the peace process and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The policy of silence and not causing offense has also encouraged Dodik.
I also demand urgent action from the judiciary. Gentlemen from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, either start doing what you are paid for or resign. It is time for people who will responsibly carry out their legal obligations," stated Bećirović in his address.
