AND THE WEST TURNS A BLIND EYE Wagner positioned in Serbia within the framework of Moscow and Belgrade's information-security cooperation

(Patria) - The PMC Wagner group announced on the Telegram platform that it has established its resident cultural-information center for friendship and cooperation "Orly" in Serbia.

The ideologist and head of the Center is Aleksandar Lisov. In 2017, Aleksandar was placed on the list of those banned from entering the territory of the Republic of Kosovo by its authorities.

The Center's team calls its mission "conducting public diplomacy, which is called upon to strengthen and develop friendly relations between Russia and Serbia through the use of 'soft power'," writes Patria.

"The Eagles, as protégés of the PMC Wagner center, informationally settle scores with Russian liberals who have gone to Serbia and are trying to carry out anti-Russian activities there with the aim of discrediting Russia and worsening relations between the Russian and Serbian peoples. Among other things, together with associates from Serbia and Russia, they erected a monument to the Russian holy prince Alexander Nevsky in the very center of Belgrade," the announcement states.

Ivana Stradner, a doctor of legal sciences and current research fellow at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, reacted to this, stating that a few months ago she announced cooperation between Russia and Serbia in the field of information security, writes Patria.

"And people told me I was paranoid! It is happening, and here is the Wagner center and cooperation with Serbia. What part of this message does the West not understand?" Stradner asks.

Representatives of the aforementioned Russian-Serbian "cultural center" have already issued serious threats to critics of the regime in Moscow.

"We know everything about you, you are right about one thing - justice is inevitable. And that justice is ours," is just one in a series of threats directed at Russian anti-war activist Pyotr Nikitin.
