Minister Helez in Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hasanov visited the company 'Igman' in Konjic

(Patria) - Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez and Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan General Colonel Zakir Hasanov visited the company “Igman” d.d. Konjic on November 12, 2025, accompanied by a high delegation of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, including two generals.

During the visit, the delegation from Azerbaijan was introduced to the rich tradition and modern achievements of this successful company, which is one of the pillars of the defense industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Minister Hasanov and the delegation members expressed great impressions of what they saw, particularly highlighting the quality, technological equipment, and expertise of the employees of the company “Igman” d.d. Konjic.

"In recent years, the defense industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina has recorded exceptionally good results, which clearly shows that this sector can be one of the foundations of our country's economic progress.
