(Patria) - RS President Milorad Dodik addressed Serbs, Bosniaks, and Croats this morning with a letter stating that Republika Srpska is not a threat to anyone. Dodik signed a decree last night enacting the law prohibiting the work of SIPA, the Court, the Prosecutor's Office, and the HJPC in the territory of RS, and the law has already entered into force with its publication in the Official Gazette of RS.
Dragi narod Republike Srpske,
Imate vjeru i ponos,… pic.twitter.com/GaHECLYJZh— Milorad Dodik (@MiloradDodik) March 6, 2025
Very soon after Dodik's letter, BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković responded via Facebook.
"The institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina will respond adequately, the perpetrators of the coup will certainly be prosecuted. They will do it with a cool head and will not fall into the trap that Dodik is creating, whose actions lead to conflict.
Emotional letters full of platitudes that he writes are not important, his actions are important. And his actions say that a trip to Vienna could be his last trip outside the borders of our country.
His options will be Belgrade (although things are not blooming there for him right now due to student protests) and Moscow.
He will soon be a fugitive in his own country," stated Konaković.
