Kajganić and Vukojičić started, Stupar brought heroes to the dock: Patriots, through silence, became tools of Greater Serbian propaganda

On this day 32 years ago in Sarajevo, during the withdrawal of JNA members from the barracks in Bistrik, a conflict occurred with members of the Territorial Defense of BiH in the former Dobrovoljačka Street (today Hamdije Kreševljakovića).

On this day, from which Serbia creates chaotic stories, supported by the RS entity, but unfortunately also by prosecutors Milanko Kajganić and Mladen Vukojičić, who filed an indictment against Ejup Ganić, Zaim Backović, Hamid Bahta, Hasan Efendić, Fikret Muslimović, Jusuf Pušina, Bakir Alispahić, Enes Bezdrob, Ismet Dahić and Mahir Žiško, it is necessary to highlight and present facts that defy common sense.

Alongside Kajganić and Vukojičić, the most responsible for the shameful process being conducted before the Court of BiH is judge Braco Stupar.

He confirmed the indictment against those listed, despite the existence of three decisions by international courts, because after the Hague Court (legitimate military target of the column in Dobrovoljačka), courts in London and Vienna also had their say.

Braco Stupar, as the judge who decided whether the trial would proceed, rejected all objections of the 10 accused in the Dobrovoljačka case! Although it is an open secret that Stupar was not even in the Court building seven days before the confirmation, and that he did not even take the materials outside, on the first day after returning to work he confirmed the insane indictment of the Prosecutor's Office. It is unknown whether he even read the indictment that disturbed the public of BiH, and he sent the heroes of defense to years of torment on the court benches.

The indictment was written in the Ekavian dialect, previous objections were rejected, although the Hague clearly established that the column of the former JNA moving through Dobrovoljačka was a legitimate military target.

No new evidence was presented, nor requested by the public, nor did anyone consider resigning, the VSTV never dealt more decisively with this case, although there are numerous complaints in the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor specifically regarding this case.

None of those listed in this indictment were even on the C list of the Hague Tribunal, most of the accused were not even suspected of war crimes in previous years, and the malicious intent in the prosecutor's offices is also indicated by the fact that a decision was made to suspend investigations for more than 250 cases marked "A", as the ICTY marked cases for which they considered there was sufficient evidence for reasonable suspicion that the person committed serious violations of international humanitarian law!

But from reasonable suspicion to complete freedom, little is needed, as little as it supposedly takes to find new evidence for a case concluded in The Hague!?

The new evidence of the BiH Prosecutor's Office is a farce. They claim that Alija Izetbegović was a free man, and that the column was not a legitimate military target!?

No one, from the Court of BiH and the VSTV, has so far analyzed all previous attempts by the BiH Prosecutor's Office to indict the persons listed in the indictment, and especially to investigate the opinions and views of Hague prosecutors who rejected the "fabricated" evidence that was forwarded from Belgrade via Banja Luka to The Hague in 2003.

Undoubtedly, along with Kajganić and Vukojičić, Stupar's responsibility must also be investigated. The public is indolent! Only one protest before the Court of BiH regarding this case...

That is why today, on May 3rd, I feel shame, because we have hit rock bottom, because we let the heroes be battered by the winds of 'trumped-up charges'.

Few are truly dealing with this case, which concerns all of us in BiH. Because I fear that soon we will have to remain silent about Chetnik-Ustasha crimes, because for years they have been taking away the heroes of defense, and it did not concern us, now when they come for all of us and the truth, and they are getting closer, there will be no one left to rebel.

How did we allow ourselves to become a political tool for achieving the goals of the Republic of Serbia and the Republika Srpska. And, we are a tool as long as we remain silent!
