Vulić arrogant and in writing: Who is the bald policeman and what is the OSCE doing at Dodik's trial!?

(Patria) - SNSD representative in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić, recently showed elementary disrespect for the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, our citizens, arrogance and rudeness during the trial of Milorad Dodik.

The MUP KS announced a fine, and Vulić received police protection (!?) which could last until the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies receives reports from security agencies on whether her personal safety has been compromised.

However, besides public arrogance in front of the Court building, Vulić also showed arrogance in writing, sending a series of questions to the BiH Court and the BiH Council of Ministers regarding the procedures during the trial. In them, she showed ignorance and lavish rudeness.

As a representative, Vulić literally asked the following question:

„Who is the bald policeman who lay down in the chair as if he were on the beach and blew into Milorad Dodik's neck. According to which law and by-law are court police officers behaving with disrespect towards the President of Republika Srpska“.

Of course, she was told that the Court Police acts in accordance with the law, and that the police officer was sitting in the designated security position between the prosecution team and the main suspect Milorad Dodik, and denied any disrespect towards Milorad Dodik and 'blowing into his neck', emphasizing that he was just doing his job.

Sanja Vulić is also bothered by the OSCE representative monitoring the proceedings, so Minka Kreho, acting president of the BiH Court, had to explain to Vulić that everything is in accordance with the laws.

“We inform you that according to the Dayton Peace Agreement, the mandate of the OSCE Mission in BiH, among other things, includes careful monitoring of the situation regarding the respect for human rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Within this mandate, the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been monitoring trials in criminal proceedings before all courts in BiH since 2004.

The Mission's comprehensive program, dedicated to monitoring court proceedings, serves as a basis for the Mission's work on rule of law issues, all with the aim of promoting the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, as a fundamental guarantee of the right to a fair trial. Accordingly, the OSCE representative, in accordance with the program and mandate of the OSCE Mission in BiH, attended the trial as an observer”, Kreho explained.
