In Zagreb, 235 teams are clearing snow

In Zagreb, 235 teams are on the ground, snow is being cleared and there are no problems, said Vlado Suša, spokesperson for the Winter Service of Zagrebačke ceste, during last night's tour, reports the Patria news agency.

- We are obliged to clear snow in the lowland areas within 5 to 8 hours after the precipitation stops, and in the hilly areas 24 hours after the precipitation stops. We will fulfill this task, this is not a problem for us, I remember when 80 cm of snow fell and we cleared it, this is child's play for us - said Suša.

Mayor Milan Bandić was vivid and said that the snow for them is "a mosquito bite".

- This is a bit of training, we will solve it, no problem, we have well-rehearsed teams - Bandić said and called on fellow citizens to clear the snow in front of their doors, and those who do not do so will not be fined by the municipal services.
