(Patria) - In the BiH Court, BiH Prosecutor's Office, and HJPC, 571 people are employed indefinitely, including judges and prosecutors. An additional 54 people are employed on a fixed-term basis, 22 in the BiH Court and 32 in the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

The BiH Court has the largest number of employees, 203, plus 44 judges. The national structure of employees is as follows: 114 Bosniaks, 48 Serbs, 26 Croats, and 15 Others. As of the end of December 2024, among the 44 judges, there were 19 Bosniaks, 15 Serbs, seven Croats, and three Others.

Regarding those employed on a fixed-term basis, there are 15 Bosniaks and 7 Serbs.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office has 236 employees, of which 59 are prosecutors, including Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić and three deputies (1 B, 1 S, 1 H).

The national structure is as follows: Bosniaks 125, Serbs 67, Croats 31, and Others 13.

Of the 59 prosecutors, 25 are Bosniaks, 20 Serbs, 10 Croats, and 4 Others.

Of the 32 people on fixed-term contracts, 18 are Bosniaks, 12 Serbs, and one Croat.

The HJPC has 88 employees: 48 Bosniaks, 16 Serbs, 10 Croats, and four who do not declare their nationality.

The authorities of the BiH entity RS have passed an unconstitutional law prohibiting the work of the Court, Prosecutor's Office, and HJPC on the territory of RS and have called on Serb employees from RS to leave these institutions and transfer to work in entity judicial institutions.

The Constitutional Court of BiH has suspended this and other unconstitutional laws, pending a final decision.

Some employees in the HJPC have publicly stated that they will not leave the institutions at Dodik's call, and Dodik, who has been convicted in the first instance, has threatened any court in RS that respects the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH with relocation and denial of financial resources.
