(Patria) - In the village of Moćevići, in the Srebrenica area, incomplete remains of a victim from the past war were exhumed, believed to belong to a victim of Bosniak nationality who disappeared in 1992.

- According to information available to the Institute for Missing Persons (INO) BiH, it is assumed that the remains belong to a victim of Bosniak nationality who disappeared in the Bratunac area in 1992 - says INO BiH spokesperson Emza Fazlić.

She added that the remains were wrapped in a blanket.

After the exhumation, the remains were transferred to the Memorial Center in Tuzla, where forensic and forensic-medical processing will be carried out to identify the victim using DNA methods.

The exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
